Why is it that we know what to do, but never do it?

Over years of coaching, the biggest reason I see that most small business owners struggle to succeed, is that they don’t do what they know they should be doing. It is as simple as that.

What I have seen and heard

  • I know what to do but I don’t have the time to do it.
  • Business owners going from seminar to seminar wanting to learn how to make their business successful, but never implement what they learn at the seminars.
  • By the time I show them, I will have completed it quicker myself.
  • I don’t have enough personal discipline.

You are your own worst enemy, time management is about making the time to get things done. If you make a decision to spend a set amount of time each week (no more than 2 hrs) on a specific day, to do the things that you just never seem to get done, and have the courage to make this time “Not Negotiable”, (in other words, nothing will stop me from spending this 2 hrs each week doing these important activities) over a few months, most of your issues will be resolved, and you will see that your business is growing at a faster rate than it has ever done.

You will also find you are now starting to manage your time more effectively and have more time to actually create even greater levels of success in your business.
