Are you frustrated with setting goals and getting nowhere?
Last time you set some goals; did you actually put a plan together on how you intend to achieve them?
I have noticed that the goals programs I have worked through get you to create your vision, set goals and time frames, talks about managing your time to achieve them and that’s it.
Are you looking for a simple Goals program? One that helps you determine what you want to achieve and what I need to start doing today to achieve them?
“The quarterly planner helps me focus on what I need to do today to reach my targets.”
“The plan gives me clarity on what I need to do to achieve my goals.”
The “Your 5 Key Goals to Success” program takes you through the vision and goal building process and then asks you to select the five key goals that if you achieve them in the next 12 months, you will see yourself as having had a really successful year. You will then breakdown these goals into smaller steps that will have time frames set on when they will be completed during the year. Following this, using the steps that need to be completed over the next 3 months, you will create a quarterly action plan of the specific activities you will carry out that will lead you to successfully completing the steps and then achieving your key goals.
In the “Your 5 Key Goals to Success” book there are sample templates and blank templates that you will use to create the Goals and Action Plans. You can also contact Time Retrievers to obtain the digital version of the templates for you to use.
A lot of people get frustrated about not being able to manage their time properly, the simple fact is, you cannot manage time. “Time is a series of events, one after another” Time management is about managing these events not time. The way to manage these events is to clearly understand what events are important you. You then plan to carry out these events first. So setting goals and creating action plans on how you intend to achieve these goals are how you manage the events in your day and therefore improve your time management skills.
