The group meets each month for a 2 ½ hour accountability coaching session.
What do we mean by accountability session?
When you attend workshops for training, you generally leave all fired up ready to take on the world. But that’s as far as it goes, very little if anything actually gets done.
When you leave a time retrievers Group Business Coaching session, you are fully aware that you have committed to taking some action over the next month, and that when you attend the next months session, you will be asked to tell the group what you did and what you achieved. You are being held accountable for doing what you said you are going to do. The result is your business will be moving forward.
